Account notifications for Dyad AI customers — call summaries, urgent-call alerts, appointment reminders and account messages from our AI receptionist service. These are service-related customer notifications, not third-party marketing or promotional messages.

How to opt in

To opt in, complete the customer sign-up / onboarding form at dyadtech.ai/onboarding.html, provide your mobile number, and select the optional SMS consent checkbox before submitting. The checkbox is not pre-checked. Providing a phone number alone, creating an account, or accepting general terms does not enroll you in this SMS program.

Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase. Only provide a number you own or are authorized to use. We keep a record of your selection and the consent disclosure associated with your submission.

Opt out or get help

Reply STOP to opt out at any time. You may receive one final confirmation of your opt-out; after that, no further messages will be sent from this program unless you opt in again. Opting out of texts does not cancel your Dyad AI account or subscription.

Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected]. You can also contact us at that address to request removal from the SMS program. If your number changes or is reassigned, opt out and let us know before enrolling a new number.

Rates and delivery

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile provider determines your messaging and data charges. Check your plan if you have questions about those charges.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier, network coverage, and device, and is not guaranteed. Do not rely on SMS alerts for emergency response.

Your mobile information

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Program terms and updates

These SMS Terms supplement our Terms of Service. We may update this page with a revised effective date and any legally required notice. A change to this page does not enroll you, restart messages after an opt-out, or expand your consent to marketing texts.
