A better way to answer
No new number to print on signs.
No app for your callers to download.
Tell us your name, brokerage, FAQs, calendar, and VIPs. We help shape an assistant that sounds like your business.
Set conditional forwarding for busy, unanswered, or unreachable calls. Take the calls you want. Let your assistant handle the rest.
Get the caller’s name, reason, and urgency. Offer appointments through your connected calendar or booking link.
Less interruption. More intention.
You don’t have to choose between being available and being present.
Names, needs, and urgency in an email summary, with push notifications after setup. SMS follows carrier registration.
We help configure Google, Outlook, or iCloud. A booking link is the fallback; reminders come through your calendar or booking tool.
Add VIP callers and urgency rules during setup. We test pass-through behavior with your forwarding setup before activation.
Your FAQs and listing links, not guesses. Live MLS/IDX access and cloned voices are later-phase options, not launch features.
Don’t just read about it
Ask about a home. Leave a message. Try a sample appointment.

Good questions
Yes. Use conditional call forwarding for busy, unanswered, or unreachable calls. Your cell number stays yours. Your carrier must support conditional forwarding. This does not block spam before your phone rings; it gives calls you don’t take somewhere useful to go.
We help configure Google, Outlook, or iCloud during concierge setup. A public booking link is the fallback. Appointments and reminders depend on your connected calendar or booking tool. We confirm your available times and test booking before your assistant goes live.
Yes. Every greeting identifies the agent and brokerage, discloses the AI assistant, and includes a recording notice. Your custom wording cannot remove those disclosures.
Email and push notifications are available after setup. SMS summaries wait for carrier texting registration; SMS is not included at launch.
At launch, your assistant uses the FAQs and listing links you provide. Live MLS/IDX feeds are planned for a later phase. It won’t make promises about availability, protected characteristics, or whether someone “belongs” in a neighborhood.
Founding member: FREE for your first 3 months (90 days). No card required. Then $49 per agent per month, locked for life while continuously subscribed. Includes 100 AI call minutes per agent per month, then $0.25 per additional minute.
Complete secure checkout, then a short setup form. Our team reviews your greeting, calendar, and forwarding with you. This is hand-held onboarding, not instant self-serve activation. Billing terms appear at checkout; cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.
Keep the number everyone knows
Wait until we give you your personal AI number. Use that number below—not the public demo line. Carrier support and charges vary by plan.
Open Phone → Keypad and use your carrier’s steps below. Settings → Apps → Phone → Call Forwarding usually forwards every call; that is not the missed-call setup described here.
Open Phone → ⋮ → Settings → Calling accounts or Supplementary services → Call forwarding → Voice calls. Set “When busy,” “When unanswered,” and “When unreachable” to your personal AI number. Labels vary; if the options are absent, use the carrier steps below.
Don’t use *72: that forwards all calls. If *71 is rejected, ask Verizon to enable conditional busy/no-answer forwarding for your specific plan.
Save your carrier’s existing voicemail destination before changing it. These codes may change voicemail routing; they do not cancel your service.
Record your original voicemail destination first. Do not use “always forward” if you still want the chance to answer.
Carrier codes are a starting point, not a guarantee for every plan. We walk through setup and test the route with you before activation. Check carrier instructions for your line before changing any settings.
Built with boundaries
AI disclosure, recording notice, and your agent and brokerage name belong in every greeting. You approve the setup before it handles your calls.
Fair-housing-safe answers stick to objective facts and your supplied material. Sensitive questions and decisions come back to you.
We collect setup details to configure your service. Stripe handles payment information. Don’t put passwords or private calendar feeds in the form.
